REFUND / RETURNS / SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

Custom Made Products
 
Handford Leathers will not refund requested customer products. As the product is made according to your requested size, style, leather preference and pre-fitting and request on specific order number.
 

Gift Certificates 

 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for Cash or EFT or any method of Transfers.
Shipping Returns
 

Blemishes or Marks

 

No exchanges or refunds are given to natural imperfection's on any leather products 
'Imperfections create character"

 

Sale Products

 

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Courier Services

 

Handford Leathers will not be held responsible for missing / uncollected parcels 

Pudo / Courier Guy Hubs / Courier Guy Collection or Delivery / Postnet / Pep Home or any additional or other methods of delivery or collection.

Customers are welcome to arrange their own Courier preference and take out Public liability while in transit.
 

Handford Leathers reserves the right to amend any of the aforesaid Returns and Shippping Policy at any given time.
